Our indigenous youth program has some kids who are exploring two-spirit identity and the adult leadership team is split on how to support them - some of us want to bring in traditional knowledge keepers while others think we should focus on contemporary LGBTQ+ resources and we can't seem to find common ground. Every meeting feels like we're talking past each other about what these young people actually need.
