Our Jewish community's Racial Justice Working Group includes both white Jews and Jews of Color but the power dynamics in our meetings reproduce exactly the problems we're trying to address in the wider community and we can't figure out how to model the change we want to see. We're supposed to be the solution but we're stuck in the same patterns.
