When nonprofit co-directors disagree on case selection priorities in immigration legal aid

Our legal aid organization has been getting overwhelmed with asylum cases and my co-director wants to focus on the 'winnable' cases while I think we need to serve everyone who comes to us, and we're burning out our staff while fighting about who deserves help.
