Our neighborhood association has been trying to address homelessness in our area but we can't agree on solutions - some people want more services and housing support while others are focused on enforcement and cleanup. Every meeting turns into the same heated debate and people are starting to take sides in ways that feel personal, but underneath I think we all want our community to be safe and compassionate.
More people experience this than they realize.
