Our neighborhood book club has become this unexpected space where several of us have been exploring questions about sexuality and identity, but now there's tension because some long-time members feel like it's not what they signed up for and others feel like we're finally having real conversations. We don't want to lose people but we also don't want to go back to surface-level discussions when some of us are in the middle of important personal discoveries.
