How to navigate language inclusion in community organizations

Our neighborhood organization is trying to be more inclusive and we have members who speak different first languages, but all our meetings happen in English and when we try to accommodate other languages it gets complicated and expensive and some longtime members are getting frustrated. I want everyone to participate fully but we can't seem to find an approach that doesn't create new problems.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

The practical challenges of multilingual inclusion are colliding with established group dynamics and resource constraints.
