Our nonprofit board has three people who have been here since the beginning and they make all the real decisions in sidebar conversations, while the rest of us just rubber-stamp things in meetings. The newer members are starting to speak up about feeling excluded but the founders are acting like we're being ungrateful and don't understand the history.
