Our organizing collective says we're committed to horizontal leadership but there are three of us who always end up making the real decisions and everyone knows it but no one will name it. The newer members are getting frustrated and some of the founders are getting defensive and I'm caught in the middle trying to figure out if we're actually capable of the thing we claim to believe in.
