Our research team is supposed to be collaborative but one person consistently takes credit for ideas that came up in our group discussions, and when I've tried to address it indirectly they don't seem to get it. I'm starting to feel resentful and withdrawn but I don't want to create drama or seem petty about credit and recognition.
