Our sanctuary city coalition includes faith communities, legal advocates, and immigrant-led organizations, but the immigrant-led groups keep saying their voices are being overshadowed by the more established organizations with bigger budgets and media connections. We're supposed to be fighting for the same thing but the power dynamics in our own coalition are reproducing the problems we're trying to solve.
