When discussion groups struggle to move from philosophical understanding to practical action on reparations

Our social justice book club has been reading about reparations for months and we've reached an impasse where the white members want to keep discussing philosophical frameworks and the Black members want to move toward concrete action in our own organization. The tension is affecting all our other conversations and I don't know how to bridge the gap between understanding and doing.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

A learning community confronts whether sustained reflection can coexist with urgent action when studying injustice becomes a form of continued delay.
