Our software team adopted agile methodologies to be more collaborative and responsive, but in practice it's created this constant pressure to perform productivity and optimism that makes it impossible to acknowledge when something isn't working. Everyone goes through the motions of standups and retrospectives but no one says what they actually think, and I don't know how to break the pattern without seeming negative.
