Our startup team is all women and we bonded over shared experiences of being underestimated in tech, but now that we're scaling and hiring, some of us want to keep that 'outsider fighting the system' energy while others want to just be a normal successful company, and we can't agree on whether our gender is central to our identity or something we're moving beyond.
