Our tenant organizing team includes both long-term residents and recent immigrants, and when ICE activity increases in our neighborhood, some people want to lay low while others want to escalate our housing campaign. We're trying to fight gentrification together but immigration enforcement is making some members feel like organizing is too dangerous.
