Our volunteer organization has three people who've been doing most of the coordination work for years, and we're all burning out, but when we try to delegate or step back, nothing gets done the way it needs to be done. We can't figure out if the problem is that we're control freaks, that other people aren't stepping up, or that we've created systems that only work when we're running them.
