Our workplace diversity committee includes me and two other trans and non-binary employees, but we keep disagreeing about what changes to prioritize first because our needs are so different - pronouns, bathroom access, health benefits, dress codes. We're supposed to represent 'the LGBTQ+ perspective' but we can't even agree among ourselves and I'm worried we're going to be seen as unable to get our own house in order.
