Our workplace diversity committee is planning Pride Month activities and there's this divide between the younger queer employees who want more political content about current struggles and those of us who lived through earlier eras and have different ideas about what workplace Pride should look like. Everyone means well but we can't seem to bridge the generational gap in approach.
More people experience this than they realize.
