Our workplace keeps talking about toxic masculinity and creating safer spaces but as one of the few men on our team I feel like I'm constantly walking on eggshells about how I communicate and take up space. When I try to bring this up with my colleagues they either dismiss it or act like I'm the problem for even mentioning it.
