We started this nonprofit together five years ago and now we're successful enough that board members who never showed up before are suddenly very interested in 'strategic direction' and my co-founder seems to be aligned with them in ways that feel like they're pushing me out. I don't know if I'm being paranoid or if this is actually happening, but either way we need to address it before I do something drastic.
