How to facilitate when you have strong opinions about the conflict

I'm facilitating a circle for our organization's conflict but I have my own opinions about who's right and I don't know how to hold space neutrally when I think one person is clearly being harmful.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

The myth of neutral facilitation collides with the reality that witnessing harm activates our moral responses and complete objectivity may itself be a form of complicity.
