How to address participation imbalances in online learning groups

My study group for professional certification meets online and everyone is supposed to share resources and explain concepts to each other but two people dominate every session and others barely participate and I can see people starting to drop out and I don't know if I should say something or just focus on my own learning.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

A learning community is fragmenting because different participation styles aren't being acknowledged or managed.
