How to set boundaries in families that share everything digitally

Our family uses shared calendars and location tracking and everyone's comfortable with it except me and when I suggest opting out my kids act like I'm abandoning them and my spouse says I'm making everything harder for no reason. I feel like I'm going crazy being the only one who wants any boundaries.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

The desire for connection becomes indistinguishable from the need for surveillance, leaving no space for solitude.
