Our team keeps missing deadlines because everyone wants their work to be perfect before sharing it, and we end up in this terrible cycle where we rush at the end and produce worse work than if we'd just shared drafts earlier. I watch us do this over and over and I don't know how to say 'your perfectionism is hurting the team' without sounding like I don't care about quality.
