Our volunteer group has been organizing mutual aid through encrypted apps since the pandemic started, but lately there's been drama about who gets access to which channels and some people feel excluded while others worry about security culture. Everyone is burned out and the technology that used to help us coordinate is now creating its own set of interpersonal problems that we never learned how to handle.
More people experience this than they realize.
