When co-facilitators of grief support struggle with their own dynamic

My best friend and I started facilitating a grief circle together after we both lost people we loved but lately we're clashing over how to hold space for the group and I think our own unprocessed stuff is bleeding into how we're trying to help others. We keep having these tense conversations after meetings about what went wrong but we can't seem to get underneath it.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

The impulse to serve others through shared wound can reveal the places where your own healing remains tender and unfinished.
