When teaching partners have conflicting but equally valid facilitation styles

My creative partner and I run workshops together and we have the same teaching philosophy but completely different facilitation styles - I like structure and she likes to improvise - and participants keep giving us feedback that feels contradictory because they're responding to two different approaches. We're both good teachers separately but we can't figure out how to be good teachers together.

What we've seen

Two educators share values but embody them so differently that their combined presence confuses rather than enriches the learning experience.
