When mural teams struggle with unclear creative roles and recognition

Our mural crew has painted twelve walls together this year but we've never explicitly talked about whose vision drives each piece and I think we're all starting to feel invisible in different ways. Some of us sketch, some of us execute, some of us problem-solve, but we've never named what each person actually contributes.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

A collaborative group discovers that artistic democracy requires intention, not just good intentions.
