When art workshop groups develop unhealthy skill-based hierarchies

Our printmaking workshop group has one member whose technical skill is so much more advanced that we all defer to their opinions about everyone's prints, and I think we've accidentally created a hierarchy that's making the rest of us smaller artists. We came together as peers but we're not functioning as peers.
