How to address when one workshop member dominates group dynamics

Our writing workshop has one member who dominates every discussion and gives lengthy, prescriptive feedback that steamrolls other voices, but they're also deeply committed and their insights are often valuable. The rest of us have started communicating in side conversations and eye rolls, and the whole dynamic is becoming toxic even though no one wants to confront the situation directly.
