Three of us started a collaborative blog about literature but we write at completely different paces and have different standards for what's ready to publish, so posts pile up in drafts while we wait for consensus that never comes. We're all perfectionists in different ways and it's paralyzing our ability to actually publish anything, but none of us wants to lower our standards.
