When friends have different responses to shared play therapy

My best friend and I started doing art therapy together after her divorce but I'm naturally creative and she gets frustrated and gives up, which makes me feel guilty for enjoying something that's supposed to help both of us. Our sessions have become more about managing her disappointment than actual healing.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen
