When support groups develop at uneven paces

Four of us formed a support group after we all left the same toxic workplace and now six months later two people seem to be thriving and moving on while the other person and I are still really struggling. There's this weird tension where we don't want to hold back the people who are healing faster but we also feel abandoned.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

Healing happens at different rates, creating a secondary trauma of being left behind by those who were meant to journey together.
