When spiritual book groups become therapy sessions

Four of us meet monthly to discuss books about spirituality and personal growth but one person dominates every conversation with their own trauma stories and another person has started passive-aggressively shutting down whenever this happens. I value what we're trying to create together but the group dynamic is becoming the opposite of the container we intended.
