Scenario

When peer support groups develop unspoken hierarchies

Four of us meet monthly to talk about our businesses and support each other but I'm realizing that two people always get most of the airtime because they're louder and more comfortable taking up space, while two of us consistently give advice but rarely ask for help, and the pattern feels stuck.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

A group's unconscious patterns of giving and receiving are replicating the very power dynamics they came together to escape.
