My partner and I both have ADHD and we've been trying to establish a consistent meditation practice but our different neurotypes mean what works for focus and attention is completely different for each of us. Every time we try to practice together one of us ends up frustrated and we're starting to wonder if we should just give up on the idea of shared contemplative life.
