Our band has been together for three years and we've all grown as musicians but in totally different directions - our drummer got into world music, I've been studying theory, our bassist went deep into effects pedals - and now when we write songs together it feels like we're speaking different musical languages. We still want to create together but we can't seem to find a way to integrate what we've each learned into something cohesive.
