Our book club started as a way to learn together but we keep getting stuck because some of us are visual learners who want diagrams and notes, others learn through debate and discussion, and a few need time to process internally before sharing — the conversations either move too fast for some people or feel too slow for others and I think we're losing members.
More people experience this than they realize.
A learning community is fragmenting because members' varied cognitive processing needs create an environment where no one can engage optimally.
“Where Are You with How learning works — cognitive science fundamentals?”
Peri can explain why this happens, help you decide if this is the right situation for you, and point toward the right journey or coach.
If this sounds familiar, the Library can help you find the bigger picture.
