Our meditation group started exploring embodied practices together but three of us have very different relationships to our bodies — one person pushes through pain, another gets overwhelmed by any physical sensation, and I freeze up when we do group movement — and I think we're all pretending it's going fine when actually nobody feels safe to be authentic about what's happening in their body.
