How teams navigate resilience when failure responses differ

Our startup team went through a brutal product failure six months ago and we're supposed to be rebuilding, but some of us want to do a full post-mortem and really examine what happened while others just want to focus on the new direction and stop relitigating the past. The tension is affecting our ability to work together and I'm worried we're not actually building the kind of resilience that would help us handle future setbacks better.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

A work group is attempting to build collective resilience after failure but conflicting approaches to processing setbacks are fragmenting rather than strengthening their collaborative capacity.
