When workplace support groups become competitive

Three of us at work all have dyslexia and started meeting to share strategies but now it's become this weird competitive thing where we're comparing whose accommodations are better and I think we're actually making each other feel worse about our struggles. I don't know if we should keep meeting or how to get back to actually helping each other.
