When creative collaborations lose their spark and become obligation

Three of us started a creative project together two years ago and somewhere along the way it became this toxic thing where we're all walking on eggshells and nobody can give honest feedback anymore. We still meet every week but it feels like we're just going through the motions and I'm not sure any of us even remember why we wanted to do this together.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

A shared vision has calcified into mutual performance that no one knows how to abandon or revive.
