When creative partnerships become unbalanced and one person feels invisible

My best friend and I started a creative project together three years ago and somewhere along the way it became about her vision and I became the one doing all the administrative work. I keep telling myself I'm being supportive but I'm starting to resent how invisible my contributions feel and I don't know how to bring it up without sounding petty.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

The erosion of creative partnership into invisible labor creates resentment that threatens both the work and the friendship underneath it.
