When adult children disagree about aging parents' care needs

My brother and I both moved back to our hometown during the pandemic to help take care of our aging parents but we have completely different ideas about what that means. He thinks we should encourage their independence and I think we need to be more hands-on, and meanwhile our parents are caught in the middle of our disagreement.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

Two people who love the same parents are operating from different philosophies of care, creating confusion and stress for the very people they're trying to help.
