How community groups handle conflict and burnout

Our community garden started with such good intentions but now there's drama about who's not pulling their weight and whose plots look messy and whether kids should be allowed to run around. The original organizers are burned out and some people want to quit but others think we just need better rules.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

A shared space created for joy and connection is becoming a source of judgment and resentment, and the group is discovering that good intentions don't automatically create good systems for working together.
