Our community theater group has been together for fifteen years and there's this core group of us who basically run everything, but we're all getting older and burning out and the new people who join either leave quickly or expect us to do all the work. We keep talking about 'passing the torch' but we don't know how to let go without watching the thing we built fall apart.
