Our family group chat has become this place where my ADHD sibling gets overwhelmed by the constant notifications and goes silent for weeks, and then the rest of us worry and reach out more, which makes it worse. We all want to stay connected but we can't figure out how to make space for different communication needs without someone feeling left out.
