Our neighborhood group started a community garden two years ago and it was supposed to bring everyone together but instead it's become this weird microcosm of all our different approaches to everything. Some people are control freaks, others never show up, and we can't agree on anything from what to plant to how to handle the money.
More people experience this than they realize.
