Our neighborhood group started organizing around the homeless encampment in the park and now we're split between people who want to call the city and people who want to bring food and blankets, and our meetings have gotten tense. I'm realizing some of my neighbors see the world very differently than I thought and I don't know how to bridge this without compromising what feels important to me.
