Three of us started a creative project together two years ago and it's actually going well, but we've never talked about what success means to each of us and I'm realizing we might want very different things. One person wants to keep it small and meaningful, another wants to scale it up, and I'm somewhere in between but mostly worried about protecting what we've built.
