When parents and adult children no longer share spiritual common ground

My adult children and I used to share a faith that gave us a common language for life's big questions but now that they've moved away from it I don't know how to talk to them about things that matter without sounding like I'm judging their choices or minimizing what they've found meaningful elsewhere.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

Love seeks to share what it holds most precious, but spiritual divergence can make that sharing feel like invasion or rejection.
